New Models of Polycarbonate Corrugated Sheet

On the past two months, our engineers and technicians were committed to design two new models of Polycarbonate corrugated sheet. Our team worked day and night to complete these two models, the drawing design, roller making, production testing and finally the perfect finished product making, it is a tough in fact, but we finally we succeed.

Model MV O-40 model MV O-17, one trapezoidal shape corrugated sheet and one wave shape corrugated sheet. These two new models Polycarbonate corrugated sheet, now can be mass production any time. Thickness can be made from 0.8mm to 3mm, can customize any thickness within 0.8mm~3mm. For more details of these two models, please read the following drawing and pictures.

1.    Model MV O-40 Trapezoidal corrugated sheet

• Effective width: 980mm

• Length: Customized (any length you need, 1m, 2m, 2.44m, 3m, 4m, 5.8m or even 11.8m)

• Material: 100% virgin Lexan or Markronlon material

• Color available: Clear, opal, blue, lake blue, bronze, green, white or customized

2.    Model MV O-17 Wave Corrugated Sheet

• Standard width: 1077mm

• Effective width: 1000mm

• Length: Customized (any length you need, 1m, 2m, 2.44m, 3m, 4m, 5.8m or even 11.8m)

• Material: 100% virgin Lexan or Markronlon material

• Color available: Clear, opal, blue, lake blue, bronze, green, white or customized
